What's an "AI action"?
One AI request — a walkthrough, generating line items, reading a plan, scanning a receipt, or an assistant task. Typing, sending, and printing never count. Pools refill monthly.
What if I run out of AI?
Everything non-AI keeps working, and Pro/Crew can add +150 actions for $10, instantly, right in Settings. Top-ups never expire.
Any contracts or per-user fees?

What do payments cost?
Stripe's standard processing rates, period. SayEstimate adds 0% markup, and funds settle directly to your own Stripe account — we never hold your money.
Can I switch from another app?
Yes — batch import brings clients, invoices, and estimates over in one CSV upload. Works with QuickBooks exports and most spreadsheets.
Is Spanish extra?
No. The full app and all customer-facing pages work in English and Español on every plan.
